Authentic Vietnamese cuisine | Chez Nhan

July 17, 2017

The Chez Nhan is Slowfood in Vietnamese. They spoil you with their upscale Asian cuisine and with unusual dishes.

When we had dinner in their garden it felt like a short vacation - A little relaxation paired with Vietnamese delicacies. We tried Banh Xeo (vietnamese crepe with beef, bean sprouts, salad, fresh mint and fish sauce) and a marinated vietnamese beef pot with spices and rice. The flavors and spices were unknown so far but we loved them!

Chez Nhan stands for authentic Vietnamese cuisine. They don't use either powder supplements or glutamate additives. The food is fresh. Everything is prepared in a traditional way.

Soon, 15 years have passed since Nhan opened their first restaurant "the Petit Saigon" in Zurich-Wiedikon, bringing the gastronomy, the spirit and the lifestyle of South-east Asia to Zurich. From day one they worked according to their principle: Life is too short to eat a tasteless soup.
