For many, burgers are fast and unhealthy food. Hamburgerei's burgers are different because the ingredients are fresh, balanced and preferably regional.
In their recipes they combine the enjoyment of old and new. They will take you on a journey through the world of burgers, where a burger can taste as classic as it should, but also like a country that has not necessarily been associated with a burger.
They consider their kitchen as a burger garage, as a craft factory in which "good" is made of good things.
At Hamburgerei you have lots of different burgers to choose from. Very good fries (sweet potato) and everything is made according to order and not prepared ahead. We ordered:
The Sicilian with beef (180gr) pesto cream, tomato jam, Buffalo mozzarella, Parmesan chip, tomatoes & lettuce mix; and
The French with beef (180gr.), figmustard-apricot-walnut chutney, goat cheese & arugula
Hamburgerei pays a lot of attention to the quality and origin of their products:
Their meat is freshly poured every day and has never been frozen. Therefore, the burgers can have a nice pink (medium) fry (on request also well done or medium rare).
A baker specifically manufactures the patties for the Hamburgerei. They're handmade from regional grain - you can taste it!
All ingredients are regional (as far as possible).
Classic, new, creative or unusual, but most important: homemade. The sauces always match to the respective burgers. The Hamburgerei also noticed that not everyone eats meat (yes, indeed). There is also a nice selection of meatless burgers, vegan dishes, soups, salads and delicious desserts.
The service was also very friendly & funny, so if you're craving a burger, this is the place to go.
